Dry bacterial yogurt starter VEGAN, 4x0.5g
Suitable for making vegan yogurt. One package can make 8L of yogurt.
Preparation method: Add one packet of starter to 1-2L of warm milk (+38C.. +42C) or soy drink, stir. The soy drink should only contain soybeans and water. Wrap the pot with a towel and leave in a warm place for 6-8 hours. Can also be made in a multi-purpose pot. The prepared pot can be stored in the refrigerator for 5 days. Use the opened package immediately.
Ingredients: Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp., Bulgaricus.
