DELIVERY IN LITHUANIA
After goods are ordered and paid for online, the buyer can choose one of the three ways of delivery:
Delivery via DPD, courier: from door to door. Courier brings the goods straight to your home or other specified location. All goods that are in the online store can be delivered using this method. Choosing DPD courier service costs the additional 4.00€ up to 30 Eur . When buying for more than 30 €, the delivery costs 3.50 € and is free of charge when buying for more than 50 €.
Pick up from the DPD PickUp points located in almost every bigger town. Please note that some products that are more sensitive to temperature and are marked with * badge cannot be delivered using this method. Choosing DPD PickUp, service costs the additional 3.00 € when the purchase is up to 10 €, 2.50 € up to 50 €, and it is Free of charge when the order is more than 50 €
To ensure the highest shipping and product quality, we deliver the items according to the order details listed below:
From Monday till Thursday, the goods, ordered and payed for until 14:00, are shipped on the same day and delivered to the specified location within 1-3 working days.
From Monday till Thursday, the goods, ordered and payed for later than 14:00, are shipped on the next day and delivered within 1-3 working days.
If the order is placed and payed for from Friday till Sunday, it is shipped on Monday and delivered within 1-3 working days.

If the order is placed and payed for later than 14:00 on Wednesday or from Thursday till Sunday, it is shipped on Monday and delivered to the specified locations in Riga within 1-2 working days and within 1-3 working days to the specified locations in all other cities.

RETURNS
“Veggo” shop warns that at the time of dispatch all the goods are in a good quality but cannot guarantee that it will not be damaged physically or thermally while delivering. “Veggo” team vouches for the quality of the item and, in case of a faulty item, returns all the money paid by the customer for defective product in 5 working days while the buyer returns a faulty item to the “Veggo” shop. If you notice a faulty product or want to get more information about the returns, you should contact us by email or by phone given above.
UAB “Veganiski produktai” can change the conditions of delivery, payment, and returns at any time without a separate notice to the buyer.
