Instructions and dosage: Shake well before use. Use the included measuring cup. Adults and children from 12 years of age - 20 ml once a day. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Ingredients: aqueous herbal extract (45%) from: yarrow, watercress, spinach leaves, European olive leaves, medicinal alpine rhizomes, ginger rhizomes, thorns. A mixture of all juice concentrates from: pears, apricots, oranges, locust bean extract, passion fruit, lemon, grapes, apples; water, thickener (acacia resin), nicotinamide (niacin), riboflavin (riboflavin sodium phosphate), vitamin B6 (priridoxine hydrochloride), thiamine (thiamine hydrochloride), biotin, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), natural flavors.
