2. PERSONAL DATA THAT IS NOT BEING COLLECTED OR PROCESS
2.1. We do not collect your browsing the third parties’ sites history, nor do we store them;
2.2. We do not transfer any data about your browsing on our site from which it would be possible to identify your person;

3.1. We collect and process only the adequate and appropriate personal data necessary for us to carry out our activities, and you could shop in our online store and get the best service possible.
3.2. Personal data that we collect and process when you shop:
3.2.1. When you shop in our online store without creating an individual account for the purpose of contracting and executing, we collect the following personal data:

4.2. Your personal data is collected and processed for the purpose of the contract (purchase-sale transaction).
4.2.1. When you create a personal account in our e-shop, but without buying anything, upon returning to it you will be able to continue your shopping without additional registration. To give you the opportunity to extend your purchase at any time, we collect and process the following personal data:

4.6. For the follow-up of your requests and questions, your personal data is being processed:
4.6.1. In order to provide you with high quality service and to ensure the full service, your personal data, which you have provided by creating a personal account and shopping, we also use when handling your questions and requests.
5. YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED AND PROCESSED LEGALLY
5.1. We assure you that we collect and process your personal data only on legal grounds, i.e. Your personal data is collected and processed only:
5.1.1. When, during the purchasing of goods, a sales contract is concluded between you and us and we process your data on this basis;
5.1.2. When you register in our e-shop and create a personal account, we process your data in preparation for you to purchase goods in the future;
5.1.3. With your consent to process your personal data;
5.1.4. By complying with the applicable laws;
5.1.5. By following legit orders from the authorities authorized by the Government.
6. CAN I NOT AGREE WITH PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND STILL USE THE VEGGO.LT ONLINE SHOP?
6.1. You can always choose to not agree with the additional processing of your personal data that is for analysis and marketing purposes only. However, there is no way to complete the purchase without the required data for ordering, because we cannot complete such an order.
7. WHO HAS ACCESS TO MY PERSONAL DATA?
7.1. Personal data is only communicated to trusted third parties with whom we have entered into an agreement and only to the extent that is necessary for the provision of the service. To provide the proper services for you, we will transfer your personal data to the following partners:
7.1.1. Courier companies that deliver goods to you at the address/(es) indicated;

11. CAN I REQUEST THAT VEGGO DELETE ALL MY PERSONAL DATA?
11.1 You have the right to request that we no longer manage your personal data and delete it, your personal data will be deleted upon receipt of your request.
11.2. We are sorry, but your personal data will not be deleted from our database if, upon receiving your request, we will determine:
11.2.1. Your personal data is needed to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
11.2.2. We handle your personal data under European Union law and national law.
11.2.3. We need to process your data due to legal claims, enforcement or defense.
